What happens after the contract is signed?
Once the contract is signed, we finalize your design, get your approval, and send everything to our engineer. Once the engineering package is back, we submit it for permit approval — and we handle that entire process on your behalf. Once the permit is approved, we file the Notice of Commencement and break ground. From there, most projects are complete within 90 days, and throughout the build you’ll have direct access to your project manager and real-time visibility into the construction schedule through our project management system.
How long does the full process take?
- Free consultation: Scheduled based on both parties’ availability
- 3D design and proposal: Delivered within 7 business days after the consultation
- Permit submission: Within 7–10 business days of contract signing
- Permit approval: Varies by county, but typically 6–9 weeks
- Construction: 8–12 weeks after permit approval, depending on scope
- Total from contract to completed pool: Typically 16–22 weeks
Do I get to see exactly what my pool will look like before I commit?

How do I know the finished pool will actually look like what you showed me in the render?
The render is the foundation of your project documentation — it captures your vision and guides everything that follows. From there, you’ll participate in finishing material selection, track every stage of construction through our project management system, and are always welcome to visit the site. By the time your pool is complete, you’ll have been part of the process every step of the way.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — and you should verify this independently before hiring any pool contractor. We hold a valid Florida pool contractor license (license number available upon request), carry general liability insurance, and maintain workers’ compensation coverage for all crew members working on your property. All documentation is available to review before you sign.
